我11月11日在这家餐厅吃过饭。我们在那里吃过的三个人还生病了。我每天有 30-50 次腹泻，伴有高烧、发冷、恶心和呕吐。我减掉了十磅。我去过两次急诊室服用静脉输液，目前正在服用抗生素。我的粪便培养对沙门氏菌呈阳性反应。我在他们的语音信箱上留下了留言，但没有收到任何人的回复。

I ordered pizza jalapeno poppers and parmesan bread bites. I woke up in the middle of the night covered in sweat, falloewd by vomit, hallowed by dry heaves, then bloody dry heaves, then the diereah started. I called and was told that I would get a call… 更多

The Roast Beef sandwich (only contained ranch dressing , lettuce, and cheese slices) was the only thing I ate that day after class (6pm approx). I have been sick from Wednesday night and still currently bedridden....AND I TIPPED THE F*CKERS!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
