我吃了 texmexe 风格的沙拉，里面有切成薄片的鸡肉、黑橄榄、墨西哥胡椒、莎莎酱、酸奶油、混合小生菜和某种切成薄片的玉米饼片。12 月 20 日下午 1 点 30 分食用，下午 5 点左右开始感到不适，到 6:30 我因腹泻呕吐。也有寒意。持续到凌晨 1 点。现在 48 小时后，我仍然感到虚弱、疲倦和摇摇欲坠，但自昨天以来一直在减少食物。

Went to food court my 14yrs old got a 5.99 fill up chicken strips. Immediately after eating it he said Mom I don’t feel good. I said did you check the chicken cause a lady came to counter explaining her chicken wasn’t fully cooked. He said it looked cooked l was hungry. This was around 7pm dec18/18.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
