I got extremely sick from food poisoning after eating the lunch buffet at hanuman world. Vomiting and diarreah- bedridden and unable to walk. I'm sure it was the lettuce/salad as that's the only thing I ate that my husband didn't - and he's fine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Four times now I have had vomitting and diarrhea after eating an omlette from here. At first i was willing to write it off as coincidence, but after a couple of months break I started eating here again this week, and yesterday fell sick after eating from the omlette stall.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

3 月 11 日上午 8 点至 9 点我当时正在吃酒店提供的早餐，包括煎蛋、培根、加蜂蜜的吐司和橙汁。2 小时后，我的胃开始感到不舒服，下午 12 点第一次出现腹泻，第二次在下午 2 点出现腹泻。下午 3 点 30 分，酒店工作人员给了我一种药物（没有注明姓名）供我食用，但似乎效果不佳，我开始感到更加不舒服。下午 4 点，我开始在酒店呕吐。下午 5 点至 6 点，我被酒店的司机带到诊所接受了诊所的治疗。（静脉注射液体，静脉注射 rocephin 2G，奥美拉唑 IV，对症治疗），诊断为急性胃肠炎。晚上 8 点至 9 点，我从诊所出院了。我向酒店做了一份报告，但工作人员忽略了。
