我和妈妈在纽约布鲁克林大西洋大道的 Shake Shack 订购了汉堡和薯条。我有一个带奶酪薯条的 Shack 双汉堡，我妈妈有一个带薯条的 Shroom 汉堡。第二天早上我妈妈大量呕吐。那天晚上晚些时候我开始出现恶心和胃痛！我从轻度腹泻开始，然后几个小时后终于开始呕吐。

I had the chicken noodle soup and the chicken frontage panini pick 2 yesterday at about 6 pm. I got violently ill with nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting but no fever so far. The symptoms started late night to early morning  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a salad from the salad bar at 2pm June 13, 2017. I started feeling queasy 2 hours later and diarrhea started about 4 hours after eating. I ate lettuce, carrots, cheese, edamame, almonds, tofu and caesar dressing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
