我今天在那里吃午饭（牛排和鸡肉碗，没有米饭，没有豆子）。那是我整天唯一吃过的东西（没有早餐，不能吃晚饭）。从那以后我在工作中生病了 1 小时左右吃饭后一直在发抖。恶心、腹泻、呕吐（如果没有随后去洗手间就无法保持水）、轻微发烧/发冷、可怕的胃痉挛。
