我在下午 4 点左右吃了，有一个巨大的卷饼碗，queso，两个莎莎酱，生菜，奶酪，鸡肉，牛排，guac。感觉很好然后在凌晨 5 点左右醒来时感觉非常臃肿，无法入睡。第二天多次呕吐，感觉非常昏昏欲睡。

I had a bowl (barbacoa, pinto beans, mild and hot sauce, sour cream, cheese and lettuce). Around six hours later severe diarrhea started along with stomach pain.

Had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, chicken, steak, mild and medium salsa, cheese, and lettuce. Ate around 8pm, woke up at 3am throwing up and with severe diarrhea for the next several hours
