I ate around 4pm, got a massive burrito bowl, queso, two salsa, lettuce, cheese, chicken, steak, guac. Felt fine then woke up around 5am feeling extremely bloated and couldn't fall back asleep. Puked multiple times throughout the next day and felt extremely lethargic.

My girlfriend and I both ordered food from this Chipotle at 6pm on the 22nd of December, 2018. I got a burrito bowl with chicken and she got a chorizo salad bowl. I recieved the quintessential symptoms of food poisoning (vomiting, diarrhea etc.) about five hours latter
while my gf got them about 12 hours later. Our ailments only subsided after a night of painful dry heaving.

I had a bowl (barbacoa, pinto beans, mild and hot sauce, sour cream, cheese and lettuce). Around six hours later severe diarrhea started along with stomach pain.

I ate a chicken burrito from Chipotle around 11am on Sunday, May 7th, 2017, in the Financial District of NYC (100 Maiden Lane). Around 10/11pm that night, I woke up from my sleep because I was so nauseous. I had to run to the bathroom and I
was spewing vomit and then I was diarrheaing like I never have before in my 25 years of life. It was like a waterfall and everything in my body was flooding out. This went on for a few hours. I would feel fine then it would happen again. The next day I weighed myself and I had lost a few lbs. I felt very dehydrated and shakey.

I went to chipotle at the location at around 5pm. I eat chipotle ALL the time, I even worked for the company 6 months ago. I've never had any problems, until tonight. I've had to go to the bathroom multiple times within the hour and I'm extremely

I bought snow crab from IGA in ST Eustache two weeks ago. I have 5 big packs in stock. I had crab again last night. A strong ammonia smell is released in addition to a bad taste. I understood why I have been sick for a week.
Stomach aches, stomachaches, diarrhea, severe fatigue, nausea, chills. I still have symptoms even though this time I only ate a few pieces of crabs before throwing everything away. I have notified the IGA I am meeting with a manager tomorrow. I will bring all the crabs I have left for analysis. They take it very seriously. Thank you

Mother and I ate lunch there on Thursday, 2.30pm booking. She had the chicken starter, chicken and prawn main and fruit soup. At approx 6pm she was feeling nauseous with diarrhoea. Went back to our hotel where she was violently sick twice through the night, last time
