Had the four cheese chicken pasta on the 2 for 20 menu, immediately got sick, then twice after leaving. Pain is unbelievable especially since I have Crohn's disease which made this much worse. Thought I could trust this meal, I have in the past with no result like this one at all.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I went for lunch today. As soon as i was half way thru with the mcchicken i tasted something off with it. I tossed it in the trash. I went back to work and 30 mins later i felt ill abd vomited in the bathroom anbd left work early.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
