I ordered chicken burrito bowl. I ate half and my wife ate the other half. We were perfectly OK before eating Chipotle food last night (30 April 2016), but today I am bed-ridden. I have head pain, feel week and feel like sleeping. My wife is also feeling similar symptoms.  | 症状: 发烧

Ate a steak and carnitas burrito around 7pm on April 29,2016. About 12am I experienced diarrhea and at about 1:15 am I threw up, followed by constant throwing up throughout the night. Possibly the worst illness of my life.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
