Ate the burrito with white rice and pork (carnitas) on 4/22/16 at 7pm. The symptoms started at 5am this morning (4/23/16). Woke up with abdominal cramping and some nausea. Then severe diarrhea set in for the next 3 hours. (My husband ate the salad with chicken and has no symptoms.)  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate a double quarter pounder meal. A few hours later, extremely sick!!! Still sick the next day. Had to cancel a fishing trip to the Jersey shore. May need to see a doctor if not better soon.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

1 点左右吃了牛排卷饼碗吃午饭。5 点半左右开始感觉胃痉挛。到了 7 点，我正赶到洗手间，不确定它会从哪一端出来。我在 8 点半之前开始猛烈呕吐，持续了整夜，伴随着发烧和发冷。第二天我非常痛苦，直到两天后才能吃任何东西。永远不要再吃 chipotle 了。

Panera，你在沙拉里放什么？!这是我第二次订购沙拉，花时间在抽筋和胃痛的情况下来回跑去洗手间。一次来自荞麦面，另一份来自泰式Chix沙拉。毋庸置疑，我不会很快回到 Panera。
