I was eating an impossible whopper around 10-10:30 plain with pickle only when I realized it didn’t taste right. I threw half the burger away and in the next hour until now have vomited 7 times.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

晚上 8 点左右吃了晚餐。我吃了新的 Kingsland 意大利面，里面有虾和中等牛排。我的牛排有点太红了，无法达到中等水平，但我还是吃了。10 点左右上床睡觉感觉很恶心。凌晨 4 点醒来后出现腹泻和呕吐。还是感到头晕和虚弱，我整天都有偏头痛。很难和家人一起享受感恩节。

我购买了冷冻晨星素食鸡块。我吃完它们大约 4 个小时后，我开始呕吐。2 小时内 12 次。我两天没吃东西，也几乎没喝水，因为每次我都会呕吐。我严重脱水而且非常虚弱。现在已经 8 天了，我感觉恢复正常。
