I ate the xxl chicken burritos combo around 2 or 3 am started throwing up at 4 or 5 am. Went into the emergency room around 10 or 11 m on 2/14/18 received peripheral IV fluids still have a bruise from the IV. Started feeling a bit better this morning on 2/17/18  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I cut part of the chicken on the cabbage salad from Costco as well and within 1 hour I was nauseous. 3 hours later I began vomiting and diarrhea. It's been going on for 10 hours now and I'm unable to keep anything down. Did not eat anything else.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

星期二晚上 7:30 左右，在 dimond 的 sclotzkeys 拿到了 Mac、奶酪和番茄汤。几个小时后醒来时出现严重的抽筋和恶心。到了早上 7 点，我出现了弹丸呕吐和水 diarrea，无法压住任何东西并且发了轻微的发烧。星期三晚上差点去急救室，但是无法开车，头晕/头昏眼花，无法离开洗手间，想到了一辆救护车，但试图保持水分。周三晚上 6 点左右呕吐终于停止了，有几次干燥的沉睡，然后我睡了一会儿吃了冰块。今天是星期四，我有恶心和水凳，只是慢慢尝试了肉汤和运动饮料。如果明天情况没有明显好转，我会尝试去找博士。

我感觉还不错，我从舞会上接了女儿，就在那之前我吃了 Costco Disney Apple。大约 30 分钟后，我开始感觉良好，有点恶心和疲倦。然后我开始出现更多的症状，开始有越来越多的寒战、恶心和疼痛。注射大约一个小时后，我有严重的震动、严重的寒战和腹泻。我不知道苹果能否造成这种情况，但我认为我吃的东西没有其他可能导致这种情况的原因。实际上，午餐时我确实有 Costco 牛肉香肠，但是我的家人也是如此，他们都还好。现在我们要远离那些苹果。
