我没去看医生，但我会去的。我觉得病了。我订购了两个鸡肉 chalupa Supremes 和一个墨西哥披萨。我不能吃墨西哥披萨，因为吃了大约 45 分钟后我的胃很痛。感觉好像里面有一个结。我开始感到恶心。我在嘴里呕吐然后腹泻开始了。我头疼，感觉太难过了。我浪费了我的钱，我感觉很恶心。我感到寒冷和虚弱。大约晚上 8 点 35 分我去了塔可钟。

I got the sofritas bowl, black beans brown rice, cheese, corn, guacamole, sour cream. I went on my lunch break a couple hours later I had diarrhea, later that night vomitting and fever. I'm on day 2 of symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My boyfriend brought me orange chicken and noodles from panda express. As i ate it i felt nothing but several hours later, i felt horrible cramps in my intestines and i had to vomit. Also, i couldn't lay down without twisting in my bed because of the severe pain i had  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

这个故事实际上不是我的，而是我兄弟的故事。他去了他最喜欢的快餐店 Chick-fil-A，他吃了鸡肉三明治（不确定哪一个）和一些薯条。然后回家，一个小时过去了... 他头晕了。我告诉他 “嘿，也许你累了。去睡觉” 他就这样做了。然后到了早晨，他醒来时发抖，几乎不能走路，最终他吐了起来。他已经呕吐了大约 3-4 次，看起来不太好。我妈妈很快就会带他去看医生。小鸡-FIL-A 你最好得到干净的鸡肉。

不过昨晚 6 点左右我开车去了，为我和我的儿子订购了一个芝士汉堡、2 个动物风格的薯条、奶昔和 Pepper 博士。我在凌晨 2 点左右醒来时胃痛更严重。同时开始呕吐和腹泻。现在是早上 9 点了，我已经多次跑去洗手间了。还是觉得很恐怖。我吃了汉堡但我儿子没有汉堡，所以一定是汉堡。我们俩都有薯条。我儿子昨晚有一次腹泻但仅此而已。
