我点了 ahi 鲔鱼汉堡，晚上 7 点左右吃了。8 小时后，我因严重恶心和剧烈呕吐而醒来。我有冷汗。3 小时后恶心停止了。我很虚弱，在接下来的 24 小时里头疼得很厉害。饭后大约 18 小时我有腹泻。
恶心停止后我能够慢慢补充水分。36 小时后我的胃仍然很嫩。

I eat ice cream and cold mild in Santa Barbara. I felt uncomfortable since morning. I took flight from SBA to Albuquerque. And in the flight I drink orange juice. I had diarrhea at Phoenix airport. I had a egg mc muffin delivery in the morning. And my noon when I was driving home. Had to swerve and get out to vomit all over my self. When I got home I was so fatigued that I took a nap. When I woke up I threw up again. And now I have major diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Everything seemed to taste fine. The other two people I dined with were fine and they had the salsa and chips too. It was either the avocado and steak or the garlic and tomatoes.
