I eat ice cream and cold mild in Santa Barbara. I felt uncomfortable since morning. I took flight from SBA to Albuquerque. And in the flight I drink orange juice. I had diarrhea at Phoenix airport. I had a egg mc muffin delivery in the morning. And my noon when I was driving home. Had to swerve and get out to vomit all over my self. When I got home I was so fatigued that I took a nap. Everything seemed to taste fine. The other two people I dined with were fine and they had the salsa and chips too. It was either the avocado and steak or the garlic and tomatoes.
