周六下午，在沃尔玛午休期间，我决定去家里做的三明治一起吃些土豆泥和肉汁，大约 2 小时后，当我回到家的时候，我开始感到身边剧烈的痛苦，那天晚上 11 点 30 分我被翻了一番，不能走路是神志不清的婚礼，无法使用洗手间直到周日晚上我吃了些蓖麻油我仍然感觉非常恶心腹泻和虚弱我不得不打电话给我不高兴的工作，而且我知道如果我去告诉商店他们不会得到我不会去任何地方

I stopped by Del Taco and purchased an Epic Carnitas burrito for dinner around 7 pm on 7/25/17. It tasted a little weird so I ate half and I threw the rest away. Around 2am this morning I woke up with nausea and diarrhea until 4am when… 更多
