Today at 1:08pm my wife and I purchased 2 House Special Chicken orders. Two hours after my wife ate half her portion she became violently ill. It's 11pm and she is still vomiting. If she doesn't get better I may have to send her to the hospital.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

3 月 13 日，星期一，晚上 7 点 30 分。我吃了辣的豪华鸡肉三明治。这就是我吃的全部（没有薯条、饮料等），而且整晚我在家里都没吃任何其他东西。星期二凌晨 3 点 30 分，我醒来后不久因呕吐和腹泻而出现最严重的胃痛。这一直持续到上午 7 点。在星期二剩下的时间里，我到处都是身体疼痛。星期二和星期三不得不待在家里下班。从星期三开始，我简直疲惫不堪。
