Chicken burrito bowl with pinto beans, white rice, green salsa, cheese and sour cream. Chips and queso. Bought around 1:00-2:00pm yesterday. Ate half then and the other half for lunch today. The sour cream was on the side and everything was refrigerated immediately after eating until reheated today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Lunch WED 14 FEB: ordered burger and side salad, wife had salmon. Violent vomiting and diarrhea that evening and continue to have watery diarrhea. Wife has had no issues. Believe it was from the salad. Have eaten there many times with no issues and great attentive staff… 更多
