Decaf coffee, Ordered decaff coffee..tasted bitter and like metal..minutes later vomited in restroom..told staff..unconcerned staff offered more coffee..no thanks..got home vomited 3 hours...diahhrea all day upset stomache next day...coffe was tuesday evening 630 pm..a  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

I purchased head lettuce...one for my 97 year old mother and one for myself this week. We live separately, ate the lettuce on different days but both got diarrhea and nausea 3-5 hours after eating it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我的男朋友昨晚都在这里吃过，通常他们的塔可钟很棒，我把 Taco Bell 的爱好者交给了，所以当有东西味道时我通常可以分辨出来。我的基本选择是豆和奶酪，没有洋葱有奇怪的酸味，几乎没有温暖，而且周围都不好，然后我开始吃玉米片和软炸玉米饼，两者都还可以，但是出了点问题。看来到目前为止，Taco Bells 的食物质量真的很差，他们的肉类蔬菜和乳制品上有某种病毒或细菌。我昏倒了，一直醒着自己，因为整个晚上我的体温都在迅速升高，然后我跳下床，幸运的是在我到处投射之前就把它送到了浴室。我在喘着粗气也不是一种很好的感觉，而且我发出的声音非常大，难以忍受，这很奇怪，从未发生过。我将与我访问过的 Taco Bell 和公司联系，因为这种情况已经持续了几个月，他们还没有采取任何措施来解决或解决问题，而且人们还在生病。对不起，所有经历过相同经历的人我都喜欢 Taco Bell，但他们只是为我毁了它。

Both my brother and I ate at Pollo Loco on Wednesday March 21st and both got severely ill on Thursday the 22nd. Both with same symptoms in the same time period. Only common link was our meal at Pollo Loco.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我通常喜欢 Amy 并且相信他们的食物。但是，昨晚 8 点左右，我经过开车经过，订购了不含 Vega 酸奶油的纯素经典墨西哥卷饼，纯素辣椒奶酪薯条和非乳制品草莓奶昔。午夜左右，我开始感到胃痛和气体。凌晨 2 点左右，我的胃痛恶化了。我有腹泻和恶心以及胃痛不好。我周围没有其他人生病或有任何流感虫子。一定是艾米的我感到非常失望，这是我现在第二次发生这种情况。
