1022 大约 500 人订购了 2 个素食碗儿童餐和白米饭。我在晚上 11 点左右开始呕吐，整晚又呕吐了 4 次。一个儿子（10 岁）在凌晨 12 点 30 分左右开始呕吐，直到晚上至少还有 7 次呕吐。另一个儿子（12岁）在凌晨1点左右开始呕吐。4岁的女儿在凌晨2点左右开始呕吐，至少又呕吐了10次。妻子在凌晨 3 点左右呕吐一次。我们所有人整天都在床上，发烧和发冷。

I had half a barbacoa burrito with black beans, corn salsa, fajita veggies, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, and cheese. I also had some chips and guac. About 4 hours later, I started to feel sick to my stomach. I have been violently ill for the past 3 hours with no signs of stopping.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

At lunch at chipotle at around 1pm on on December 4, 2017. Hours later I was on the toilet . It lasted for 5 days and I’m still not the same. Missed days of work. My wife had something else and was fine. It had to have been the chicken!  | 症状: 腹泻
