I had half a barbacoa burrito with black beans, corn salsa, fajita veggies, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, and cheese. I also had some chips and guac. Ate around 7PM. Got the orange chicken and chow mein... some of the chicken tasted really weird and some seemed undercooked. I started to feel weird one hour later. Then around 10:30PM I was agressively throwing up, feeling so nauseous, and having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

At lunch at chipotle at around 1pm on on December 4, 2017. Hours later I was on the toilet . It lasted for 5 days and I’m still not the same. Missed days of work. My wife had something else and was fine. It had to have been the chicken!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
