The only thing I ate today (12/17/2017) at 12:30 pm was Wendy's value meal #1 the Daves single patty burger with lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries, an order of the Baconator fries and a diet Coke. By 10:00 pm I experienced watery diarea and queeziness that lasted untill the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Got violently ill throwing up repeatedly with migrane after eating panera. Happened last week too immediately after eating Panera altho not as severe as today. Had to leave work bc i couldnt stop puking  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
