昨晚 6 点左右下班后，我在 Arby “s 停下来拿一个三明治吃晚饭。我在 6 点半左右吃了然后在 8 点上床睡觉。凌晨 2 点左右，我醒来时有强烈的呕吐冲动并出现了腹泻。和其他症状一样，狂热的寒战一直持续到早上 8 点左右。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

订购了两个马铃薯卷饼（俗气的马铃薯卷饼，但是壁画，所以没有奶酪）。把它们吃掉了。一个小时后出现了疯狂的胃痉挛。那天晚上发冷和剧烈的恶心。三天没有食欲和恶心。  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 寒战, 食欲不振, 抽筋
