Ordered two potato burritos (cheesy potato burrito, but fresco, so no cheese). Ate them. An hour later was having crazy stomach cramps. Got chills and intense nausea that evening. No appetite and nausea for three days.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Chills, Loss of Appetite, Cramps
