Ate lunch at Moe's on Friday. Started getting bad heartburn two hours later, which progressed to diarrhea and vomitting that night through Sunday. It was so bad it sent me to the ER with severe dehydration.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Heartburn

Went to Africa Behind the Mask Museum Night at the Harn Museum, Classic Fare was catering as usual. The food wasn't kept warm, was served at room temperature. An hour after eating the food I went to the restroom with diarrhea, 3 hours later I vomited.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Last night after work around 6 pm, I stopped at the Arby’s to grab a sandwich for dinner. I ate it around 6:30 and went to bed at 8. Around 2am I woke to a severe urge to vomit and had diarrhea.
