I ate a "6 bowl" with greens and extra chicken. Within a few hours I experienced nauseau and an upset stomach. I didn't sleep at all- I just laid on the bathroom floor, hoping to feel better. I threw up, had diarrhea, and severe stomach cramps. I'm still ill this morning. Thanks for your time.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

2016 年 4 月 11 日中午 12 点左右购买了 2 个三明治（1）个火鸡波萝伏洛干和（1）个鸡肉卷。在飞行中下午 2 点左右吃了三明治。凌晨 1 点左右醒来时呕吐，然后是腹泻、发冷。躺在床上整整 24 小时都生病了。我吃了鸡肉卷的丈夫没生病。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战
