我和朋友共进午餐，注意到我通常得到的菜，圣约翰湾扇贝和虾，看起来和品尝扇贝很奇怪。我被吸收在我们的谈话中，我吃饭的时候并没有真正考虑过。几个小时后，我有严重的腹痛和痉挛、恶心、抖动，最后多次呕吐。在我上次呕吐之后，几个小时的痛苦减退了，但我很确定那些扇贝是坏的。

Ate 8 chicken nuggets around 1:30 or 2pm today. Around 3:30 or 4pm began feeling abit itchy...ended-up with diarrhea, felt hot & sweaty then threw-up all(?) contents of my stomach. Feel better for sure now. This has scared my "off" from there...& that sux cuz I liked most of their offerings...  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 发烧, 出汗
