I ate a simple romaine salad with chicken, guac, sour cream, and cheese. Began projectile vomiting around 6 hours later after experiencing nausea. Spent 8 hours with severe diarrhea and vomiting simultaneously before spending another two dry heaving.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
