I ate at the Barbarito's on Epps Bridge Parkway Sunday around 3:30. My friend, daughter, and I all ate chicken but some ate nachos and others burritos. We all were sick to some degree with nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, and fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate a simple romaine salad with chicken, guac, sour cream, and cheese. Began projectile vomiting around 6 hours later after experiencing nausea. Spent 8 hours with severe diarrhea and vomiting simultaneously before spending another two dry heaving.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
