星期四晚上 7:30 左右我在餐厅吃了晚餐。我吃了没有酸奶油、生菜或西红柿的 POLLO RANCHERO 鸡肉。周五凌晨 5 点我醒来时出现严重的胃痛和恶心，然后在早上 6 点左右和周五全天开始呕吐和腹泻。也有轻微的发烧。
