Ordered a bowl with white rice, carnitas, medium salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Within 30 minutes of dining I developed severe digestive distress that has continued in some form for the past 30 hours. It's the worst case of food poisoning I have ever experienced.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我的男朋友购买了烧烤鸡舍沙拉和精简油醋汁，我在 6 月 28 日晚上 9 点左右吃了。晚上 11 点左右我开始感觉有点恶心，但我以为我只是累了，想上床睡觉。我躺在床上一个小时，我无法入睡，因为恶心的感觉越来越强烈。我再也忍不住了然后去洗手间开始呕吐。我把吃过的鸡肉沙拉扔掉了，但仍然感觉非常头晕和恶心。现在是 6 月 29 日凌晨 1:22。如果感觉没有好转，我明天要去看医生。
