At a chicken bowl of Chipotle for lunch in Rockford on 8/7. Stomach starting aching shortly afterward and then diarrhea. Notice place was not clean and should of walked out immediately. Won't make that mistake again.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate Double Quarter Pounder with a milkshake I went to sleep everything was fine woke up wanting to throw up in the middle of the night it's not the first time from McDonald's I've gotten sick and woken up in the middle of the night throwing up it's like my body is rejecting the food  | 症状: 呕吐

我于 2018 年 5 月 28 日晚上 9 点 30 分左右去了丹尼的这个地方。我点了鸡肉、西兰花和奶酪煎锅。我是派对上唯一一个吃过这道菜的人。晚上 11 点左右，我开始感到非常恶心，开始大量呕吐。不久之后，我还出现了腹泻以及可怕的心脏烧伤和胃痛。我在几个小时内呕吐了 20 多次。我最终被送进医院是因为我失去液体太快而且无法保持任何东西。我开始变得非常轻松，感觉好像我会因为过度呕吐而停电。急诊医生诊断我患有未指明的食物中毒。我在医院呆了 5 个小时，然后带着 4 种不同的处方被送回家，建议在接下来的两天内待在家里错过工作。现在是 2018 年 5 月 29 日晚上，在处方药的帮助下，我的症状持续存在。
