我的儿子在这家麦当劳吃了芝士汉堡和薯条大约 2 小时后开始呕吐。24 小时后，他站起来有困难（感觉虚弱），发烧 101 度。畏寒、发烧、虚弱、呕吐、腹泻、脱水。
我打电话给商店，与一位名叫 Tico 的绅士交谈，他不愿意给经理，并声称他是第二负责人。当我告诉他我的故事时，他似乎很不关心。他想让我 “明天去商店” 然后填写某种报告。我问为什么我需要处理他的商店造成的问题，他说他要我填写一份 “事件报告”。我问他为什么现在不能简单地通过电话接听我的 “事件报告”，然后立即停止供应危险食物，但他没有答案。他说，实际的经理甚至不会在 “几个星期” 内进来。然后我问他是否打算继续从同一批食品中提供食物（我报告了确切的时间和存储地点），他说他不会回答这个问题。我们不知道是否去急诊室。

I had two cheesy gordita crunches. I had one of them as soon as I got home and heated up the other one a few hours later around 9pm. By 4am I had diarrhea so bad you'd think I was taking a colonoscopy prep. Then the following morning I've thrown up three times so far and continue to feel horrible!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
