11318 年和朋友一起去了莱昂纳多斯。我和我的朋友都有三明治，要一面蛋黄酱。下午 11:418 我经历了恶心。到了晚上，我有严重的呕吐和腹泻以及可怕的胃痉挛。我没发烧。腹泻和胃痉挛一直持续到11518年。打电话给这家公司，他们告诉我，他们又有报告说有人生病了，可能与蛋黄酱有关，所以他们最终把它扔掉了。

I ate there Saturday 11-3-18 my symptoms started very harshly early on the 5. The couple we ate with one of them had the same issues and it was narrowed down to the mayo. Called the restaurant and we were the 2 nd that day to call Im that we got sick from the mayo. They said they threw it out.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered 2 kids meals of French fries and crispy chicken strips on Saturday, 11/3 around 11:20am. The food came quickly and the outside appeared hot. Both my children ate the chicken and have had fevers and diarrhea since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
