A few hours after eating a Tomato & Mozzarella Panini from Starbucks off of Federal & 44th in Denver Co. , I was nausea. After about 5 hour I developed a fever and soon after started to vomit, Throughout the night my muscles hurt and my stomach is still turning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I went to Wendy's between 8 or 9 after I got off work. I ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget meal. I was fine afterwards but when I woke up this morning I had to run to the bathroom to throw up. This is embarrassing but I also have the poops.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
