Went to Chipotle on 9/23/17 around 8pm. Ordered the burrito bowl with sofritas, white rice, black beans, medium salsa, cheese, and lettuce. Ate half and symptoms started within half an hour.  | 症状: 腹泻

Had a bowl for lunch break at work 12pm , stomachache shortly after eating a few bites. Hours later upset stomach and diarrhea . Sorry to be graphic but you could literally see the food :( feel like crap still and it's 1030pm  | 症状: 腹泻

I had a chicken sandwich from burger king by white marsh mall around 11 am today 8/1. I started throwing up three hours later. Diahrea, fevers aches and pains. Went to er and was confirmed. I have not ate anything else since 7/30 and it was pasta.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger with a junior frosty around 3:30 pm July 27th and I immediately got nauseous. I threw up shortly after and had diarrhea since 5pm. I am debating on going to the hospital since it had not stopped.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
