I ordered a chicken and steak burrito bowl with pico de gallo, corn salsa,cheese,sour cream, lettuce and guacamole,white rice ate most of it and started feeling nauseous and soon before I knew I had the urge to go throw up and I threw up and so much came out never again will I eat from chiptole  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Jar was sealed and hadn't popped, but had a strange dark red crust on the inside of the lid. Smelled and tasted a little strange. Took a couple bites, thought best to not eat it, then vomited a few minutes later.  | 症状: 呕吐
