6 hrs after eating the rice bowl with everything, I started feeling nausea and started vomiting and having diarrhea. I was having excruciating abdominal pain with diarrhea. The only thing I ate after the rice bowl was a grape fruit, which I had about approx 5 hours… 更多

About 5 hours after eating the fish and pop corn shrimp dinner with fries and biscuit I felt very nauseated. I had to force my self to vomit bc it wouldn't come up on its own. I threw up 3 times in 10 minutes.

Went to Chipotle in Shady Grove Rockville at approximately 6pm to get food for my son and me. Overnight at around 230am my 8 year old son woke up and vomited. This continued all day with vomiting and fever.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐
