7 月 21 日星期六晚上 8 点左右，我订购了三重芝士汉堡和薯条。吃汉堡的时候我头疼。我什么也没想到，因为那天真的很热。我非常头痛地回家了，我不得不睡觉。一个小时后，我醒来时头痛更加严重，开始呕吐至少 5 次，到最后一次呕吐时，我在呕吐的同时还在喝黑水。第二天，diaherra 至少十次，现在是七天后了，我还是每天要去洗手间十次，全是水。

4 of us ate dinner here on Sunday. 36 hour later 3 out of the 4 of us had (I'm going to keep this pg) extreme symptoms of food poisoning. The only person who didnt get sick was the one who didnt eat the chicken.  | 症状: 腹泻

我吃了带泡菜的鸡肉三明治，还吃了一些爆米花鸡肉，马铃薯楔子和一点凉拌卷心菜。我没吃完饭是因为它让我的胃不舒服。早上 5 点我因严重的胃痛而醒来之前已经过去了好几个小时。我喝了几口水，弹丸呕吐了 3 倍，然后在很长一段时间内出现了严重的腹泻。我身体发冷，急剧的胃痛，头晕，头痛，当然还有恶心。我去了急诊区，他们证实这很可能是食物疾病。
