下午 6 点左右我吃了一顿带洋葱圈的 WHOPPER 餐。一小时之内，我感觉很不舒服。严重腹胀、胃痉挛和恶心。那天晚上我痛苦地度过了。呕吐、严重偏头痛和抽筋。第二天我躺在床上，耗尽了我所有的精力，与胃痛和偏头痛作斗争。

Went to steak n shake for dinner at around 4 PM with my boyfriend, I ordered the original double and cheese steak burger with everything except onions, fries, and a chocolate shake. Started feeling sick about a half hour after eating, got diarrhea, within 2 hours I was vomiting  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
