我的丈夫他的同事和我自己在星期二晚上点了晚餐.到凌晨 2 点，他的同事病得很重，每 30 分钟呕吐一次，持续将近 5 个小时，然后再呕吐几次伴有腹泻。然后第二天我丈夫开始呕吐，随后出现了大致相同的症状。
都没有发烧或身体疼痛只是胃痉挛真的很糟糕而且真的很恶心。
他们俩都有汉堡包。我很高兴这次我选择了鸡肉。

I had a chicken and steak burrito bowl and I didn’t even finish but I started throwing up 30 minutes after I ate like half the food. Now it’s been 4 hours and I’ve thrown up 4 times and have work in 45 minutes and am really triggered about this.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I had a salad with brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, and cheese at 11:40 am on Monday, February 11th. At approximately 8:30 pm that night became violently ill - stomach cramps, diarrhea, extreme vomiting. Symptoms gradually abated around 6pm on Tuesday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
