2017 年 7 月 10 日-我和妻子早上 11 点去 Chick-fil-A 吃了早午餐。她得到了华夫饼干薯条的包裹，我有一个 #1 鸡肉三明治配华夫饼薯条和柠檬水。我早上唯一吃的就是一碗麦片加牛奶。我和妻子通常互相分享食物，但无论出于什么原因，今天我们都没有。然后 4 小时后，我开始感到非常严重的头痛，因为寒战然后胃痛感觉就像是泡沫就在胸骨下方。我开始像疯了似的出汗然后开始呕吐并在浴室地板上过夜。接下来的几天因胃部问题不得不下班。我肯定是我吃过的是 Chick-fil-A，只要我活着，我再也不会在那里吃东西了，永远不会，永远不会再吃。

I ate an Bacon Queso Burger with this brown sauce on it . I can't remember what time but it was today . July 5 2017 . The symptoms started when I got jome which was like maybe 1/3 hours after I ate the burger  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心

I bought my so.ln a sandwich for lunch after shopping at Walmart, about 3-4 hours after eating his sandwich he was complaining of a stomach ache. He tried to eat dinner that night but only ate a few bites and before going to bed he got sick.… 更多

I had the oven roasted chicken. Started feeling sick about a half hour later. Started with Diarrhea led to vomiting and nausea. Threw up multiple times within a couple hours. Threw up again the next day, still feeling nauseous. I FEEL HORRIBLE.
