I ordered a Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich yesterday afternoon, I didn’t eat anything after that because it was very filling and today I got severely sick with salmonella, I had such bad muscle pains, a fever, a headache, and I was very nauseous  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧, 头痛, 肌肉疼痛

我今天选了两个，鸡肉塞萨尔沙拉配鸡肉面条汤。，我今天下午大约吃了 2 点。我是唯一一个随餐一起吃沙拉的人。我也是今晚唯一开始呕吐的人。早些时候我睡觉之前感觉有点生气，但除此之外我感觉还不错。我从睡眠中醒来的感觉就像我需要上厕所一样。然后当我上厕所的时候我感到恶心然后开始呕吐。这发生在上午 12:30。

I ate nachos and cheese, mini chicken quesadilla, and a spicy potato taco. Ate it around 9pm. It is now 5:50 am. Laying in bed feeling super sick and might vomit.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

June 26 2019 ordered fried shrimp and salad bar around 3:30 pm. By 4:00pm I had severe stomach cramps vomiting and diarrhea and a low fever. Lasted on and off until Friday  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
