Had the cool chicken wrap with no cheese. Felt sick rest of the day and night. Did not eat anything else because I was nauseous. All day today 5/11 I have been vomiting non-stop.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

After having a carnitas bowl with brown rice, black beans, pico, cheese and lettuce, I had diarrhea within hours. I vomited twice the next day, had a fever and watery diarrhea all day. I also had waves of nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My sister and I just ate at Chipotle and within an hour of eating it my sister started vomiting. I didn’t start having diarrhea until 1.5-2 hours after eating it. However, my stomach started making noises and was churning excessively 45 minutes after finishing my food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
