I had the ShackBurger with cheese fries for dinner around 67pm. The following morning around 45am the vomiting and diarrhea began. Its lasted until about 78pm. I couldnt eat or drink anything all day. I was really dehydrated and I lost about 3 lbs in a day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 106 年的晚餐时吃了海鲜 scampi，在 2 小时内我出现了腹泻... 恶心... 胃痛... 还没有解决。我吃的时候没意识到海鲜很糟糕。如果我没有改善，我明天早上可能需要去看医疗。如果需要测试，我的冰箱里有一盘剩余的食物。

昨天我吃了一个汉堡包和沙拉吧。我相信是汉堡包。味道好笑而且我没吃太多。胃痉挛不好腹泻恶心和发冷。如果我不喝 2 汤匙纯苹果醋（家庭疗法），我可能会呕吐。仅仅 10-15 分钟后我就感觉好多了。今天感觉就像克服流感一样。
