我买了一个肉卷包，里面有糙米、黑豆、炒洋葱、西红柿和玉米加生菜。昨晚 2018 年 3 月 11 日晚上 9 点 40 分左右，旁边还有鳄梨调味酱的薯条。我在凌晨 1 点 2 点左右醒来时出现胃痉挛、恶心和持续呕吐。我因身体收缩呕吐物而出现头痛和胃痛。现在已经过去 12 个多小时了，我仍然感到恶心并且有腹泻。不会再在这里吃东西了。

My mom order me the food and she brought it hold for me. I ate it cold did not feel like heating it up, I ate one thing chicken. And went down stairs to wash my dish and after that I stated to throw up. All In told throw up around 15-20 times  | 症状: 呕吐

Had Wegmans soft whole wheat bread, their deli ham, Kraft singles cheese and mayo, and milk all purchased from Wegmans, ate last night and woke up in the night vomiting, then diarrhea, still cramping in my stomach.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
