I ordered chicken samosas, cheeseburger spring rolls, Oreo cheesecake and tiramisu for dinner. I woke up a few hours later 3am extremely sick vomiting up the entire food and with diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

My 6 year old son and I went in to eat on a Friday after school. Today we both woke up with a sharp cramp and diarrhea. I asked him where he hurt and he touched the same spot as where I hurt. When I walk it feels like something is pulling my inside.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
