我的女儿在鸡肉和饭碗里，正如她在学校的热午餐那样。在一小时左右的时间内，她就经历了极端的胃痛和恶心，随后会出现呕吐和爆炸性腹泻。她也看起来很苍白。如果她试图喝任何东西（佳得乐），一旦它撞到她的肚子，她就会呕吐。她那天早上上学的时候很好，她唯一吃的就是那个鸡肉和饭碗。她的所有症状都与食物中毒和胃虫一致。我还让她的学校意识到这种情况，因为他们与餐馆签订合同，每周有一天为学生提供午餐。
