2018 年 10 月 29 日星期二，我购买了 Dave 的双芝士汉堡包。吃了汉堡 10 分钟后，我变得非常生病、恶心、发烧、寒战、肌肉疼痛和疲劳。10 月 31 日星期三，症状是一样的。10 月 31 日星期四，我的症状是一样的，但是腹泻加上了 102.7 的发烧，而且我病得很虚弱，我不能起床，我不得不在工作时疾病。11 月 1 日星期五，我仍然出现了所有相同的症状，所以我再次呼叫下班生病，但是联系了医生并安排了预约。我的医生检查了我并做了血液和尿液样本。当部分结果恢复后，由于腹泻的脱水，我的钠含量极低，所以我的医生不会允许我离开办公室，直到我接受静脉血液。医生开了抗生素来治疗食物中毒。11 月 6 日，我的医生通过电话联系，告诉我，尿液样本回来的结果 ànd 确认我患有 Ecoli（食物中毒），戴夫的双芝士汉堡是我当天唯一吃的东西。
