我于 2019 年 4 月 25 日下午 6 点从 Super Ingles 的水果吧购买了可以吃的西瓜。我还把酒吧里的水果沙拉放在一起。我在回家的路上吃了西瓜。我妻子吃了另一个没有西瓜的容器里的水果。她没生病。我在晚上 10 点至 11 点左右开始出现症状-胃痉挛相当强烈。过了一会儿我醒来，整夜都在呕吐弹。水汪汪，（无血）腹泻。发冷，100 度发烧，大声的肠声。截至本报告发布时，自摄入以来已有 48 小时。我还有水样腹泻，胃痉挛。我吃了一杯汤和一些平淡的零食。

The only thing I had to eat today was chipolte at 2:30 pm: veggie burrito with white rice, black beans, fajita mix, one scoop medium, one acoop hot, sour cream, cheese and guac. Started with persistent diarrhea at 4:45 and continued till violently vomitin, Just me, see initial description  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻

我于 19 年 4 月 24 日晚上 9 点左右在当地一家餐馆-德州 Roadhouse 吃饭。我的同伴有牛排沙朗、豆子、土豆。我有鸡肉加奶酪和黑豆（西南）。他没有症状。回家不到一个小时，我就出现了肌肉酸痛，胃部疼痛严重，气体，打嗝。不到 2 小时，我就在呕吐，有腹泻，头痛。我发烧了，发冷了-无法控制地发抖。这持续了整个晚上的大部分时间。我现在正在喝水（脱水）并试图恢复（非常虚弱，仍然有些胃痛）。我不确定这家餐厅发生了什么。，

I went to cookout at 10:15pm and ordered the chicken quesadilla tray with fries, hushpuppies, and sweet tea. I ate 1 quesadilla the fries and hushpuppies as I drank the tea. Around 11:00pm I started getting pains in my abdomen and by 11:30 the pains got worse.… 更多
